Please visit our Delta Shield software by going to https://ds1.deltaend.net and login with your email address and password to access the spam filter.
From here you can whitelist email addresses or domains as well as track what emails have been bounced or are pending getting through the greylist filter.
If you are an administrator for your company, you will also be able to see emails to and from everyone in your organization.
